Came here to get my alternator replaced a few months ago after seeing a lot of great reviews. I got a good quote and went in and was told I needed a new battery, which I knew. They offered to put in a new battery, which I refused, since my old battery was still under warranty at autozone. After I went to exchange the battery myself down the street at Autozone, LK said they were going to charge me $45 to install the battery, when I could have just taken my car to autozone and have them install it for free... whatever. After getting the new battery installed, LK tells me my alternator was fine and there was nothing wrong with the car. There is obviously something wrong with the car if I’m having to change out my battery every 4-6 months. This was the third time I’ve to change out my battery in 1.5 years.
