Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

After oil change, significant oil leakage occurred due to failure of proper oil filter installation (the filter was so loose that it came right off by hand). Fingers crossed there is no catastrophic engine damage in my 2019 RAV4. Don't risk it. Service: Oil change

This was probably my least good experience at an express oil change yet. The only person that was friendly an older guy who was staring at me. ???? Everyone else seemed short, but maybe they were understaffed. I got my oil changed and my coolant flushed for about $200 on my civic. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, but at least it didn’t smell bad. I definitely prefer the location by the mall of georgia, so I probably won’t come back here. However, if you just need to get the job done and don’t mind a wait, this will work mediocre.

Hello I came into the shop yesterday in Sandy Springs, Roswell Road. Store Number “1326” I came yesterday on February 20, 2023 at 4PM for a simple tire rotation for my new car. After the Manager “Craig S” was done working on my car I noticed all my rims were messed up form the “Simple” tire rotation I had completed at the shop. All my rims had cracks and paint chips form the service at the shop form the staff members taking off my log nuts on my rims. I just got my rims all fixed for over 900 dollars at a local rim repair shop just a few days ago. I can’t believe Craig and staff messed up my vehicle so much. They would not take ownership for the big mistake. Craig was trying to pay me off out of his personal bank account which would not even cover the costs for repair for all my rims. His offer was only 200 dollars from his bank own account. Which would not even cover the cost for one rim to be fixed. I can’t believe this place is still in business.
