Went in for emissions test it was done in 15 minutes and paid in cash $20.

Incredibly slow service. Went for an emissions test and assumed that only one car ahead of me wouldn’t take long but boy was I wrong. The person doing the emissions wouldn’t stay on the task for more than 30 seconds at a time. It took 15 minutes for them to do my car alone. This is the longest I’ve ever waited for an emissions test, and the sad part is that it wasn’t even waiting in a line.

I have been a customer there for many years. They did good work and was always courteous . I would have given a 5 star for the shop if I didn't run into a problem with the latest service there. I spent over $1,700 for A/C repairs and expected good results. However, the A/C system broke down within 24 hours. I have to return the HOT car to the shop again. In any case, I do still have confidence in them and think this problem I ran into was an exception. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change
