These people who work here are literal angels. They have gone above and beyond each and every time I have to come up there and they always have an environment with an infectious energy. Christian brothers was a part of my car gifting ceremony and what Zac and his wife did for my daughter for Christmas left me speechless. MY ENTIRE TRUNK WAS SLAP FULL OF CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR HER!!!! I will never take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you guys for all you do and the impact ya have had on many lives.

I cannot recommend Josh & the guys at Christian Brothers enough. I was in a bind to get a pre-purchase vehicle inspection and the Chevy dealership recommended these guys. They were not only able to fit me in that day, they went way beyond the call of duty. Upon drop off and hearing my concerns, Josh immediately said "hop in; let's take it for a test drive". After the car inspection, they did some research on the internet looking for similar cars around the area for comparison, and then they went out to the car and patiently showed me their concerns and educated me on what needed to be addressed if I went through with the purchase. This used to be quite a good shop with great customer service and good mechanics, however this is no longer the case. I've heard that there was a change in ownership/management in between visits which might explain the sudden turn. I had my Matrix towed in after it had overheated for a diagnostic for which they charged $150 to tell me what the AAA driver already had. When I asked what failure had caused the overheating to occur (none of the relevant sensors had gone off, the car had many problems and I will be updating my review of Audi North Atlanta for that) they had no idea what caused it and eventually blamed it on the car having no oil, which I was unsure how it could have happened. As it turned out the root cause of the problem was the fact that my radiator had a hole in it which they hadn't bothered to find which in turn caused the engine of the car to suck in the oil in an attempt to cool itself down, a problem specific to the 2009 Toyota matrix export edition motor.
