North Roswell Automotive Repair

First time using North Roswell Automotive last week for our American, German and Japanese cars. We were more than satisfied with the service that each of us received. Rafael, Alex and Justin were very thorough, explained everything, showed us the issues and texted pictures of the problems. Their pricing was very good. In one instance, they even recommended that we contact the dealership because the problem should be covered under warranty. We will definitely be going to them in the future. Very professional and knowledgeable. I made an appointment to have my car's engine oil and filter changed. I showed up on time, they soon after took my car, completed the job in a timely manner, and also answered all of my questions about my vehicles next scheduled service, what's envolved and the cost. I brought in my car with a tire leaking air. They quickly found a nail and plugged it. Everyone was incredibly nice! I love their efficiency, knowledge and work ethic. You can tell they care about their customers. I will certainly be returning in the future!
