I went to have a used Jeep assessed and a repairs estimate. They drove me back home then promptly provided detailed info, an “honest” estimate of repairs- with photos, explanations, and a phone call to answer my many questions. They know what they are doing and honesty is not just the best policy; their service comes with a 3yr warranty and 1 yr roadside assistance!! I think the Jeep is going to drive like it’s new.

How do I even begin? I really don’t know how they do it. Everyone here is so incredibly nice, so easy to talk to, and they genuinely care about your time, your experience with them and your car. They are also very professional and they do a good job on my car. Unlike car dealerships or other places where they just tell you “X Y and Z need to be replaced don’t ask us why”, Honest-1 texts you a detailed report with pictures showing you why it needs to be replaced. I trust them with my car and I always will. I went for my third visit today for an oil change, and when my car was done, I went to go pick it up, had a nice conversation with Chuck and Jordan, got into my car and saw that my technician left a little thank you note and a small pack of goldfish in my car. C’mon everyone, this is how you get a customer’s loyalty. I am literally telling everyone about this place. Trust your car with Honest-1, you will not regret it????

The people here take good care of you. Conrad and team fought tooth and nail to get the most out of my warranty, which I forgot existed until they found out for me. They even gave me a ride home when dropping my car off. They were very transparent and thorough with all the work they did, and it was an extremely quick turn around time. I love this place and will get my car serviced here as long as I’m around.
