My family and I have been coming here for years - not just for oil changes but for both minor and a few major repairs. They're knowledgeable and happy to explain exactly what they're doing and why. Even better, they never push for repairs or services you don't actually need. I've had them tell me multiple times that there's not need to get something done right then. Excellent service!

The most honest car repair shop I've ever dealt with. I've taken my two cars because other shops said I needed to have very costly repairs done and several reviews here talk about how honest these folks are. Roswell Auto looked closely at my car and explained very clearly why it did not need the expensive repair. They also didn't charge me for checking the car. In another instance, I took my other car because of an oil leak. These great folks looked it and noticed that it was coming from an axle replacement that I had done by another shop and alerted me about it so I could take the car back to the folks that installed the axle; sure enough, the other shop recognized their mistake and fixed it.

Roswell Auto has been a huge relief for me. Their customer service is above and beyond. They don’t try to sell me services I don’t need, and they give me options when I’m in a bind. I am very pleased with their service. Their emissions and oil change is also open on Saturday which is very convenient. I definitely recommend.
