Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have always had a positive experience at this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive and seems to work well as a team. They started off by apologizing for being short staffed but I could not tell it. The service was prompt and I felt like I was on my way in no time. Beverly and Devin were to two I interacted with and both were friendly and courteous. I have been here 3-4 times and every time I get the feeling the staff truly likes their jobs. I would highly recommend this location for prompt, friendly service every time.

Everybody in Rome knows someone who has a horror story starting with a 'Valvoline instant oil change' ???????? What has happened to good ole American buisness integrity? ???????? Where are the good ole 'mom and pop' shops from the 70s? ???????? You'd think that with a name as old and well-known as 'Valvoline', that they would provide their technicians with the highest level of customer care and automobile service training... ????‍♂️ I believe that these guys would give an actual monkey a job changing oil if they could get away with it. ???????? How many careless mistakes will this place make before being held accountable? ⚖️

Put my cap on way to tight then said i had never been there after they figured out it was them i had to go to a mechanic twice before i finally went back and got a refund never again also said they checked my fluids and they were ok when clearly they were low when I ask why they said that the guy just said well we are out of them. Never again will I waste my money went to Mike Fords not only did he fix everything they broke he was $50 cheaper
