If I could give 10 stars I would! THESE GUY'S GO ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. My van's battery died and I limped it to Mike Ford. I am very wary of any mechanic these days because I don't know much about vehicle repairs and I'm new to the Rome area. Mike and his crew were so personable that I almost felt like I had known them for years even tho we just met. I explained the situation to Mike and he had one of his men go test my van. Turns out my alternator was completely fried. Mike sat me down and explained in very great detail what he would do in my situation and then recommended cheaper solutions. No one tried to sell me anything, no one tried to use fancy mechanic language to charge me more or anything. Mike was CRYSTAL CLEAR about what I would pay upon picking up my van. The service didn't stop there. I told Mike I didn't have a ride home because my van was my only vehicle at the moment due to my car having body work done to it.
