Took my 2017 Traverse in for just an oil change. I was extremely grateful that Jennifer and her guys thoroughly checked over my vehicle because they noticed my front tires are worn to the wires on the inside! Never would have know if it wasn’t for them. Very knowledgeable staff!! Thank you for doing such a great job on my vehicle! I’ll be definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

Mavis Tire in Rome, Georgia, has given exceptional service every time me or family members have went by. My last visit was so above and beyond, however, that I needed to write a review. The day before I went to Mavis, I had taken my car to the dealership down in Marietta because I had a prepaid service plan. I had the last appointment of the day, and they were going to change the oil, rotate the tires, and align the wheels. Everything seemed to be going smoothly, but on the way back to Rome from Marietta the oil indicator came on. After resetting the oil change sensor, it came on again, so I knew something was up. I could have topped the oil off myself, but wanted an expert opinion to make sure the plug was secure and there was not a leak either. Mavis got me in, topped the oil off (it was a quart low), and tightened an extremely loose oil plug. They got me in and out in less than hour despite being exceptionally busy, and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Definitely one of
