I took my Kia in today as it’s been jumping from1st to 2nd gear. Long story short they topped up transmission fluid but couldn’t figure out what is wrong. I like the honesty of just saying we just don’t know. They said since they couldn’t figure it out they weren’t charging me. What a refreshing change to go somewhere and NOT be ripped off, which I know will happen when I go to the dealership. Will def get all my business moving forward.
