BP Car Care Center - Tire Pros

Really like this place and the service I got was excellent. I think this is the first time anyone ever got my alignment correct after owning this car for five years. I thought it was the car that was messed up but apparently I just needed someone that you what they were doing For a change! I purchased a set of Uniroyal tiger paw tires for my 2010 Lexus RX 350. A friend of mine has these on both of his cars and loves them. Best tires he’s ever had he said. After a week, I have to agree they are the best I’ve ever had as well . A bonus for me was the owner of this company has a son who does bodywork. So on top of getting new tires I got a great paint job on my front bumper for a wonderful price. Very happy with this company and the fact it’s family owned and operated. I was attracted by all the five star ratings, and I was not disappointed at all. Highly recommend them. But the best part about this business is that they genuinely care about their customers. Recently, I had an issue with my car that I needed help with, and Justin and Tim went above and beyond to assist me in resolving it. They didn't have to do that, but it's clear that they truly value their customers and their satisfaction. Without me even having to ask, they went the extra mile to help me out.
