I came to the location on Johns Creek and the associate with the name tag “Thomas” was nothing short of Amazing !! I had already been to two prior locations trying to get an oil change and turn around due to not having the cars filter .. he was going to tell me the same thing but quickly found a solute and decided he was going to go find one for me AND DID ! S/O to him for representing pep boys to the fullest !! AND it was only $78 im used to paying around $130. 5 STAR SERVICE from a 5 STAR EMPLOYEE

My Wife was stranded with a Flat Tire on a Saturday night. I dealt with Tyrone as he worked to get the correct tire we needed there as fast as he could. Unfortunately that was not until Monday, but we understand Saturday night/Sunday can be tough to impossible. Tyrone did EVERYTHING he said he would do including keeping us updated at the times he said he would. Some good ol fashioned Customer Service. I have never been a Pep Boys fan, until Tyrone! Thank you.

TY and his team are some of the most professional and welcoming group that I ever have to meet. As soon as we spoke on the phone, I felt reassured that the services I need would be done efficiently. Definitely recommend this Pep Boys location 1000%
