Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I went for a oil change on Saturday 8/26 and had a terrible experience. After getting my oil change I asked whoever the guy was at the counter for a sticker to put in my window regarding my next oil change. He acted as if I offended him and he said your car will tell you when your next oil change is due! He said we don't give them out anymore but we do have some. I asked again for a sticker until finally he gave me one. When I started my car the oil change reset hadn't been done so the tech had to come out and reset my oil change which took more time. At the end I got an apology from the tech that's it.

I’ve been using this Mr. Tire since we moved to Alpharetta 5 years ago. They’ve always take care of us very well. I took my car Saturday because my brakes were squealing. They called me back to tell me I may have a rotor issue and quoted a price to replace them. After authorizing this, they determined if a more minor issue was causing the noise and were able to fix it for about a quarter of the original quote. Thank you Elizabeth and Andrew for your help!
