First time customer and was treated like a life long one! Was experiencing battery issues so called ahead to schedule an appointment. The rep helped trouble shoot on the call first and then on day of the appointment, was very thorough in explaining what he expected, time frames for repairs and labor. They use text message service for updates, approving work on the vehicle and invoicing. Very handy and efficient and they don’t “require” anything besides labor cost of course. You ultimately decide what work they perform on the car. Overall service experience was great and definitely will be going back. Felt like family being there.

I brought my car to these fine folks while searching for a new, trustworthy shop and I'm glad I did. It was super easy to setup an appointment online and I didn't run into any issues upon my arrival. I was greeted by Neil and he is extremely kind, friendly, and caring. I spoke to a couple of the other guys who run the shop and they were also very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The waiting room is nice and clean and they have cookies and coffee! I'm looking forward to bringing the vehicles in my household to Christian Brothers Automotive on Jones Bridge in the future. My prayers of finding friendly and reliable mechanics has been answered. God is good!

They diagnosed my issue, which wasn't easy since I've had my vehicle at 3 different places that could not figure it out. Took a few days, but it was worth the wait since they had to tear down some of the topside and order parts. Overall, they have always been good.
