Perfect and cheaper than dealers

Frank, the owner and the main mechanic of this Saigon auto repair shop, is the most honest and one of very capable mechanics I know of in Atlanta. However, his customer service skills are the worst of all, but I have tolerated him for so long only because of his two qualities I mentioned. He has been my go to main auto mechanic for many years and had sent him so many customers over the years, but today is the last time I came to his shop. The main bad characteristics of him are: He's arrogant; he wouldn't reciprocate when you greet him; he would shout and yell at you; he wouldn't intently listen to what you have to say about your vehicle's problems and symptoms and he'd give you a sign to wait when you wanted to know if he'd be able to work on your car only to be told later after killing your time he cannot. Terrible crazy guy! He undoubtedly has some psychological issues! I've had it today and will never, ever come again to his shop!

After two days of going back and forth on the phone I was told to come by to get two tires replaced. I got there and the owner again refused to answer my questions, then when I asked for a matching set of tires I was told to go screw myself. Service: Tires
