Received a text giving an estimated completion, but was then pushed back each day for SEVEN days, along with two voicemails promising the car would be ready. The car still needed a piece of trim installed when I went to pick it up. Additionally, there was overspray on the trunk trim. Misleading texts, voicemail lies, and a lack of attention to detail turned this into very unpleasant experience. Try a different body shop; you’ll be glad you did. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don’t even write reviews but it’s getting annoying. I understand the shortage of parts, I used to work at a dealership (ironically the same brand my vehicle is). But over a month is crazy to me considering my car had very minimal damage compared to a lot of other reviews I’m reading. One week turns into two and then three and now four. We had to jump down their throats just so they would update us after not answering the phone for a week. My bumper had a crack and reading some of these reviews stating how more damage took less time is crazy to me. Caliber needs to really get it together. They took over a week just for a diagnostic and now a month has gone by and they’re STILL waiting for parts. It’s unacceptable.

Not qualified to for repairs without damaging vehicle. I was getting two broken windows replaced. It should have been a simple job.
