The phone never works. The sales department acts like it's on a different planet from the service department. I can't stand this location and am counting the days until my lease ends so I can be done with this brand and dealership forever. So far today, I've been trying to reach a human there for 2+ hours.
Ms. Cookie was very helpful with getting my car detailed! Every time I have come here and needed a loaner, she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Infiniti’s. She is one of best parts of the maintenance appointment. Highly recommend!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
