Walmart Auto Care Centers

I took my car brand new car in to Walmart to get an oil change then they called me telling me they couldn’t do an oil change to my car. I’ve never had a problem with my car at all. Never had a problem with oil leak and no nothing it’s a 2020 out the lot they started talking down on my car lot and saying My Car Lot messed up my car when come to find out Walmart did there service sucks now or there just not caring no more

I made the mistake of showing up here at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. They weren't doing oil changes until later in the day, since they only had two employees working. The associate I spoke with says this is very common.

Don't waste your time. I called at 5:00 p.m. on 3/7/2021 and asked about coming in to a get a tire plugged and was told that I could, so I went straight there. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone seeing to me and then finally someone did ask if they could help me, only to then say that he was going home and that they were closing. Don't bother calling and asking about anything - whatever they tell you is meaningless. Go anywhere else.
