It's very good service in my experience they have been prompt and knowledgeable for the issues that I have faced and any that they' more not immediately familiar with they were quick to is quick to come up with a solution or at least offer me a helping hand on whatever I was facing
We broke down on I-75 on a Sunday and were DOA with a fifth wheel. FOD took great care of us and were very accommodating to our situation. I have a company vehicle that is part of the ford fleet program so it has to be serviced at a ford dealership. I have been bring the vehicle to Ford of Dalton for over a year now. All of the staff are very professional and friendly. Service is always reasonable and don’t have to wait long.
