Quick Lane at Ford of Dalton

U would think that a Ford dealership would know how to correctly repair a factory recall warranty item without doing further damage to my truck. But no, a 2hr job now runs into a 2 day repair and they didn't contact me till after I drove over an hour there to pick it up after they called me to say it was ready. In response to Ford dealership I know Quick Lane is for maintenance but that's what Google search only gave option for. I was in for the recall on the service side.

We broke down on I-75 on a Sunday and were DOA with a fifth wheel. FOD took great care of us and were very accommodating to our situation.
