Chris was absolutely the best! We had an appointment at 4 for him to look at our AC. He said he could look at it and tell us what was wrong with it but he was pretty sure by what we were telling him, that it was the blower motor needing replaced. He said with them closing at 5, he wouldn’t have time to get to it but would possibly get to it the next day. I asked him if I could just bring it back another day, being that it was my only mode of transportation. He told me to hang on just a minute and then came back in and asked me if could hang out for about an hour and he would just go ahead and pull it in and get it done for me. I can’t thank him enough for getting me some cold air on a day with a heat index of 103. Super nice guy and very professional. Because of him, I will use them again and refer others.

These guys were super nice, upfront, and honest about what my car needed to be fixed. We ended up not fixing the car yet (needs a new computer ????), but will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future repairs!

Had my vehicle for 18 months. Every time I called, they were short on help, and they would let me know... Never a word got back in town for a visit and checked on my jeep it had been towed to impound. The cost of their mistake was more than I was able to spend.I asked them to take action and get my jeep back, and they declined just like they declined their option to call me before towing. They had similar problems when my jeep was there the first time. Dalton shop owns and runs this store very disappointed in the owners decision to basically steal a customers vehicle without at least some notice.
