TRUE Auto was referred to me by another technician company. I set an appointment as they were also recommended by my warranty company. The entire process of getting my diagnostic testing and the mechanical issue resolved has been seamless. Kelsey, the service advisor, has done an amazing job at being communicative. The manager, Dan, also reached out updating me on how he was personally expediting a part to ensure my vehicle was good to go in less than a week. I will never go to another auto place for mechanical issues again. No place will top the customer service at True. They have a lifetime customer in me! Service: Transmission
