Pep Boys

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Pep Boys at 6521 Roswell Rd. I went there at 9:00 am for 2 tires on my trailer. "New" tires were dirty, they weren't balanced, AND the lug nuts were installed backwards! This is a huge safety issue because the lug nuts center the wheel on the hub. Manager had the SAME GUY, remove the lug nuts and he stripped 2 wheel studs. Short story, I was there until 6:00 pm, my tires were free and it was still not worth it. Being there all day, I watched a string of mad and unhappy people come and go.

Bad Experience.. Upon entering the store, I was surprised to find the location almost empty, with just two employees present. To make matters worse, one of them seemed disinterested in assisting customers, as he was engrossed in his phone without acknowledging my presence or extending a basic greeting. This lack of courtesy and professionalism was an immediate turn-off. Eventually, the second employee reluctantly approached me after a considerable delay, displaying a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. I explained that I needed my tires installed and was eager to have the process completed as efficiently as possible. However, he promptly informed me that it would take approximately three hours to have the job done. Given my time constraints, I expressed my inability to wait for such an extended period and requested a quicker turnaround, if possible. Instead of proactively checking with the technicians or exploring alternative solutions, he nonchalantly suggested that I visit another Pep Boy

Brian assisted me with my issue with my tire. He quickly assessed the damage and had me out of the shop in no time. He made sure my tire was repaired properly and suggested that I needed new tires soon. He was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and the staff to do business with. I will be back for any of my car repair needs. Thank you so much Brian!
