Second time but probably not the last time using NuBrakes. I had errands to run and was able to schedule at an address convenient for me. Josh was courteous enough to let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled. By the time he arrived he’d given me plenty of notice. Just used NuBrakes for the 2nd time and had another great experience! Great communication from customer service! Last year I had my front brakes replaced on my RAM 1500 by Josh who returned today to replace my rear brakes. Josh was great! Very friendly and amazingly fast! NuBrakes makes it so easy! Both times they have come to my office to complete the service while I am at work. So much easier and WAY more convenient than taking it to a shop or God forbid, the dealership. Michael was my Tech and must I say he was absolutely amazing. I loved the experience from start to finish. They are very responsive. I contacted them at midnight and immediately I received a response via text asking what service was needed. They immediately followed up with a reasonable quote and came out right away& fixed right in my garage. Michael was friendly & knowledgeable. They offered financing and gave discount and it comes with a warranty I will definitely use their service again. Thanks Michael.
