Mavis Tires & Brakes

The guy stared at me blankly, looking me dead in the eyes, not saying a word! It was as if I just dropped a slur- but all I told him was I needed a quote and wouldn’t be getting work done today. I don’t know anything about tires, that’s why I came here! But when he asked me what my tire size was and I didn’t know- he didn’t help at all! Apparently all he needed to do was take 5 minutes out of his day to look at my tire and give me a quote. Instead I spent 25 minutes looking through my operations manual and gave up and left.

They were great. Found a nail in my tire and needed a plug. They were set to close at 5PM on a Sunday and it was 4:55PM. When I called they told me they would still make it happen even so close to closing. What great customer service. Huge shout out to Shawn for helping make this happen!

Shawn was a great help all day and patient. He was honest and very attentive while explaining the problems with my car. I had my dads car so I had to keep hanging up and calling back to talk to my dad and Shawn was patient with the back and forth. I recommended and trust him when it comes to help with my vehicles.
