I took my 2015 Audi Q5 to get its water pump changed as well as its regular service and Tommy did a great job with everything and was kind enough to explain to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done. I really appreciate that level of transparency from an auto shop and will be back for all my service needs.
Very informative, Kerry is a wonderful guy.. knowledgeable, caring.. I don't know the guy's name that rang me up.. but he was very friendly too. Keep up the wonderful service and the 5 star customer service Excellence experience. Will be telling all my coworkers about this place that owns foreign cars
Recently had my x3 serviced at this location for an intercooler pipe.. I was kind of given different information from the manager and the guy at the desk for pricing on the diagnostic situation .. But other than that I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone thats having an issue with their BMW.. Their techs are extremely knowledgeable; by far better than the dealer I normally go to..
