Poor service is the best way to describe my experience with them. This shop provided the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time! They either don’t answer the phone or keep asking you to call back for even the most basic info. After 3 days and they still didn’t give me an estimate. It was so bad I had to have my car towed to another shop. It was a very disappointing experience.

This place has gone down since the original guys (George and Tassos) have left. I've been going to Apollon for about 15 + years because they have provided great service and great prices. Every time I used to go I would end up chatting with someone who said they've been going here for 10+ years. Lately customer service/professionalism has not been great. The last time I went for a brake job and sat there all day. I understand that there were cars ahead of mine. My issue is that a huge part of the wait was that when I got there I had to wait several hours for the brakes to be ordered and then delivered. Even though I called with make and model and said I was en route. I can understand that maybe they order as needed and can overlook that based on great history. No problem. The reason for 1 star is that lately when I call I go straight to voicemail. Calls are not answered or returned. Don’t ever go to this place. Only have one mechanic working and they charging you double for everything. A brake job is $300 don’t ever go there.
