I want to start out by giving my sincerest apology to John Spilane. This review is seriously nearly 2 years overdue. I promised that I would write this and had good intentions to do so. No excuse is necessary. However, I simply cannot allow another day to go by without giving Atlanta Car Care the high praise they so rightfully deserve. Back in the fall of 2021, the moon roof to my 2017 Kia Sportage EX became inoperable. As a result, it would not close and debris got trapped inside of the grooves causing it to completely malfunction. My vehicle was still covered under a factory warranty at the time, but, as others of you may have experienced, I was given the run-around and directed to file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance company essentially sent me back to the warranty. The process of getting the repair done became overwhelming and frustrating. Mr. Spilane used the company's card to purchase some of the necessary parts and was initially told by the warranty company

I really appreciate how quickly they repaired my care. The customer service was top notch and John was amazing. They also we’re significantly more affordable than Tires Plus. 10/10 recommend. Service: A/C installation & repair

I had my immobile car towed to them. Their diagnosis was to install a new break switch. After I was informed my car was ready, I left them with my car stopping in the middle of the road with a malfunction code error on my dashboard. I towed it back to them. I spoke with Patrick the entire time, and he made sure to answer all of my messages in a quick and efficient manner. Although the break switch installed was faulty and the service I needed was not successful, after I presented documentation from my dealership of the actual problem, I was refunded fully. Patrick is reasonable and does a great job at making the customer feel understood. If you can work with anyone, definitely ask for him!
