Terrible. Rude, indifferent, and incompetent employees. Called before coming, told wait time was 30 minutes to an hour. Now it looks like three hours AND NO ONE CARES! Go elsewhere, there are several places in the area that will treat you better; one is Costco. I’m done with Sam’s over this fiasco.
The 1 star goes to the lady at the front desk who tried to be helpful... the rest of our experience was HORRIBLE! We had a 3pm appointment and our car was not pulled into the bay until 4pm. The thing is the mechanic pulled the WRONG CAR into the bay!! Thank goodness my husband went to check the car because they already started putting our tires on the wrong car!! We left with our car and drove for 5 minutes and the tire alert light started flashing on our dashboard! We turned around and had them recheck the tires and we were told that we have to drive 50 miles for everything to recalibrate. Well today we drove from Tampa to Miami and surprise... the tire light is on!!! And upon further inspection the center wheel cap is gone. They did not put it on properly!Will never bring my car here again!!!
