Great Mini Service Department! Honest business ethics. I've been visiting Mini for 10+ yrs since they opened. Eric is the Head of service & his staff are top notch.
Customer service was not at the level it was 8 months ago. Felt treated as a number vs as a customer.
I had a pleasant experience. I had an oil change coupon for 9.99 and they honored it and was not charged extra. They had a lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. Friendly staff. Would go back there again for an oil change. ????????
