I had a bad experience with Safelite Glass as I rearranged my entire busy day just to have the guy call me at the last minute and cancel on me. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I told him absolutely not. Why would I give them the opportunity to do that to me again. I found cornerstone on Google as I am big on reading reviews and reached out to them and Bryan I literally did all of the legwork for me as I was pretty frustrated with my previous phone call to Safelite. I highly recommend using this company as they are great with customer service which is what a lot of companies lack these days and it’s really frustrating. Things like this are small to companies as they do it every single day, but this is big to a family as they have to rearrange their schedule which is sometimes not easy.
