Brought my in my 2021 jeep wrangler Rubicon in for a wheel alignment 3 different times because they weren't able to get it right. As I'm driving my jeep keep pulling to the right and my steering wheel isn't straight. The 3rd time I went in I told them they needed to use a adjustable wrench (2) to get my brand new tie rod and drag link out so they could do the wheel alignment. They didn't listen and scratch both tie rod and drag link and end up breaking them. Spoke with someone in corporate offic
Great job on presenting me with choices and installing new Michelins on my Promaster van with care that the lifts did not disturb my RV undercarriage lines. Highly recommend.
