Walmart Auto Care Centers

Got there at 2pm. I needed two tires put on. My one tire is completely bald. I waited two and a half hours for them to call me and say the two tires they had in stock are the wrong speed ratings for my car. They had 4 tires in the original tire size for my car that could have been put on instead. But they couldn't put them on because the techs were done working at 440. Online it says open till 6 but they close at 5. I was very disappointed. I usually go to Walmart for all my tires and oil changes. I would have went somewhere else if I would have known it was going to be a complete waste of my time. I needed tires put on ASAp. I live 30 minutes away and have kids In the car.

I was very disappointed that though other Walmart auto care shops have provided the services I required this particular one didn't want to . So very disappointing

Slow ain't the Word for it they took hours to put on one tire! Just 1 !!! And on top of that the older guy over the so called service center Got very Rude and acted very angry towards me I only give this place a 2 star because I wanted to let everyone know if you are pressed for time don't go there!! And 2nd watch what I warned you about. Beware!!! Then they was acting like they wasn't gonna honor my warranty. Had such a bad experience there. I'll never ever go back there. They was Slow like this every time I went there.
