Purchased a used jeep from this dealer. Part of the terms of sale was to replace panels on the soft top, 2 months later still hasnt happened..... not only that it took them 2 months to register the vehicle and when it was registered. They transfered a tag from a actively Registered vehicle that was NOT traded in. Which resulted in a 136 dollar ticket. Contacted them. It was Emilio i believe who was spoken to and according to him the paperwork said to transfer the tag. Looked at the paperwork and imagine that the box that says transfer wasn't checked. Not only that at first he tried to blame the salesman and then tried to blame the dmv... 1 star is far too generous. Completely unacceptable. Very courteous and friendly until the sale is made, after the sale dont expect them to fulfill and terms agreed upon Or even things they are legally required to do like i dunno register a vehicle that was purchased from them. Going on 4 months since the sale and they still haven't fulfilled the agre

Today was a great day and Jack Hanania Chevrolet provided a great service to my Chevy Equinox. These guys are very thorough. Very knowledgeable about why your vehicle is having issues to bring you to peace of mind. My vehicle is running like NEW! I'm so glad I was able to schedule an appointment for 2:30pm. If you haven't been here for services, you are missing out. Stop in and see for yourself.

I guess Mr. Jack Hanania Jr doesn't have someone to change 2 tires, or 2 tires in stock to make one of the easiest sales past 5pm when services closes. Nobody wants to get their hands dirty for some good old fashioned customer service or experience. Viewed vehicle at 11am, we were told to give them a few hours, it was going to get cleaned and 2 tires changed... only to find out at 8pm after we called and never received a call for an update that they couldn't change them. These were bald and one had a nail in it, but here is a we owe you paper, you can come back and get it. We were told "You can still drive it" Come on Mr. Jack Jr. We waited 9 hours for nothing... with money in hand. I will definitely NOT come back. And I will be sure not to recommend!
