After over three months, I finally got my Dodge Ram back. Can't really find anything they did correctly. After the first two weeks, I was told the truck was ready. Turns out, they over-sprayed the entire quarter panel and paint ran down the side, leaving easy to see trails. Doug failed to find or mention it and hoped we wouldn't see it. As instructed, I brought him the truck back and six weeks later, I finally got another call. Doug was unwilling to take responsibility for the quality of his work. They actually added a few more problems for me to deal with. Extra thirty miles on my truck than when I dropped it off, flat tire, couple new dents, and several new scratches around the bed. He attempted to blame the weather, his tools not working correctly, and finally opted to storm off as I continued to refer to the poor quality of his work. Due to the good reviews from a while ago I overlooked the trash all over the grounds and general sketchy look of this place. I got an appointment to bring in my truck three weeks later for some simple panel painting. Arranged transportation and when I got there was told they couldn’t work on it now but could next week. So again arranged a drop off a week later and was told that they couldn’t work on it for a while. Gave them almost 2 weeks before showing up and finding my truck parked with no work at all done on it, no one around, and no evidence of all of the backlog supposedly holding things up. Avoid this place. One star for no damage or theft, which I was really starting to worry about. Service: Painting

Check all reviews before going to this shop. I was looking for a place to do touch up paint on my car. The job was too small for most places and Alexa said they could do the job. I gave them a small deposit, which should have been a red flag, and was told my car would be ready in two days. On the morning that I was supposed to pick up my car, I learned that my car was totaled! Interestingly, they had not begun the paint job. The out of pocket to my insurance company and me was about $30,000. Service: Painting
