I want to think John for his work. Hey everyone this is a real customer, and John gets the job done correctly and quickly. I have a 2003 CLK320 that is now needing new parts. I have been to other mechanics and gotten the runaround. They say 'it could be this or that.' They try to fix the problem, then say now this is wrong and needs replacement. John does not sugar coat anything he understands we need our vehicles and most of us have budgets. He is always fair, knowledgeable, and quick in his repairs. I am amazed that he can hear a noise in the engine and tell you what the problem is. He is honest, trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable and gets the job done in a very timely manner. He never charges for things you don’t need. If you need a GREAT mechanic, don’t look any further, call John and you won’t be disappointed!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I always try my best to shop local and support small business and I am not the type to write reviews even is the business is not the best, but this time it was too much. I took my mini-Cooper to this shop because the engine light was on, John told me that I have leave my car and that the diagnostic fee was $130. next day he called and say that he needed to change some parts and that the bill would be $500, I agreed. I picked up my car and less than an hour later the light was on again, I called John, and he told me that I need to leave the car again and that he had to run a diagnostic again for ANOTHER $130, John said that some other part was broken and that the bill was going to be $280, he made the repair, AGAIN the light came on less than an hour from leaving his shop. when I called to talk to him, John said that I need to talk to my brother or father because they will understand that cars break. John was rude, unprofessional, had poor manners and even told to c
