Decent place, had them set me up right before which is why I returned. Had an alignment and 4 tires installed. Techs got my interior dirty. Figured they would have someone to pull the cars in, but I understand. After the tires and alignment, I was told my right rear brakes were metal on metal and had a gouge in the rotor. I was honestly glad to hear this as I had a bad noise coming from the rear end (it was a bad differential) but I had all the stuff for rear brakes waiting for the sensor to go off so declined the service. After servicing the rear brakes myself, all four pads had a decent amount of material remaining though needed to be serviced. There were no gouges in the rotors, they had simply been worn down and needed replacement. After swapping my differential this weekend I got a chance to get underneath the car and my clamp bolts for the tie-rods are all chewed up on the inside of the fastener like they used the wrong tool (you need E-torx not torx bit) during the alignment.
