Walmart Auto Care Centers

I have been going here for years and the service is always top notch.

Went in to get two front tires and they broke my driver side mirror. When I went in both mirrors were attached perfectly fine (drove 60MPH for part of my trip to get there so it would have fallen off on the commute) when they gave me my truck back my driver side mirror was hanging off by the cable to adjust the mirror and I can’t even drive home without it falling off. They of course don’t want to take responsibility for it, and am going to have to replace it myself. Thank you walmart for making me have to fix something on my truck that you guys broke.

Would not recommend. Stay away. Had oil change appointment at 9am. They called me at 9:16 to let me know they didn't have my oil filter & I'd have to bring them one, which I did, right away. When I arrived to pay I was expected that pay full price, even though they did not provide part of the service I was being charged for. When I asked to speak to the manager, Bill very rudely offered me a discount of $4.50 because an oil filter is "free". Very poor customer service. They will expect you to do part of the work for full price. Service: Oil change
