Pep Boys

Took my truck in last week. Had four new tires put on very happy Cooper AT3 when I left and drove it all week had a slight vibration. Don’t know if it’s the new tire because it is an all-terrain tire made an appointment to get the tires re-balanced when I got there he told me it was going to take 3 to 4 hours even though they did the work they did not even, make the effort to get the truck in as fast as possible. Bottom line Pep Boys in Saint cloud. I do not recommend this for anybody. Great customer service Pep Boys. Hope you guys stay in business for a long time. What a joke.

The guys were promt when doing my oil change and tire rotation. System went down just as I was about to pay. They told me I can call with payment later in the day. I didn't get to pay til tje end of the week. When I called the guy remembered me and provided great customer service. I always service my vehicle there. Great thing about this place is they usually give coupons which make it very economic to get a high quality oil change. I highly recommend this business. I usually book my appointments online!!
