The service was excellent and fast. Had me signed in and out the door within an hour. Didn’t even have time to finish my lunch before they told me my car was ready.
Ben knew a lot about my Ram truck. He built trust with me which goes a long way with me as I am willing to spend a little extra money for great service. Ben got me in and out for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve used this the St. Cloud location for the past 10 years with multiple vehicles serviced and I’ve never had an issue. Great service.
The customer service is much much better. The last visit to the store could have been better, the manager was rude and the store looked unkempt. I was very reluctant to visit, but I was surprised. I was in and out within a half hour, (Tina )was great in updating me on the status of the vehicle including the problem and cost to fix. One more thing I was greeted upon entry of the store, the last time I was not and I waited 10 mins so the manager tp tell me it would be up to an hour to check a tire.
