Gerber Collision & Glass

Un happy with their service. First they told me my car was fixable. Had me wait for 2 months to bring it in. They wanted to wait until my parts come in. I understand that. So I drop it off when they told me and I asked how long it will take to fix. They said about a month. So I left them alone for a month then I call them to see status. They would not talk to me that I had to talk to the insurance. But the car is my car not theirs. Came to find out. They reported the car a total.loss and they knew this the day I dropped it off to them. They could not had call me and tell me right away so I can make my arrangements specifically with the rental car. I had to pay extra out of packet for the rental and now is the time I still don't have a vehicle. Very bad experience. Will no recommend. They do not follow up with you nor tell you what is going on with your car.

Eduardo was amazing!!! Took him less than a day to get the problem resolved!! He was so polite and communication was on point. If I ever need to I will be choosing Gerber again!!
