When you were paid in full for work that your employee only half completed and then lied about to cover his tail, you don't keep putting the customer off because you're too busy, and you definitely don't make it clear to them that you won't inconvenience yourself or take any sort of loss to accommodate them. You take responsibility, prioritize the job, and make sure it gets done right.

All of the ice cold airs I’ve been to are awesome but Eric and Chuck are fantastic at this location!! I brought my car in bc I thought I needed breaks and they were so honest and said I was good to go after checking things out.
