Service King Collision St Petersburg (Now Crash Champions)

Did a great job fixing my Cadillac. Only one thing I just noticed and well have to bring back for a quick fix. Other than that they did a great job and it was completed days before it was scheduled to be complete. Also did a wonderful job cleaning and vacuuming my car!

At first , the staff was very nice. Communication was great until the end. They were late getting my vehicle back to me. Waited until Friday evening to call and say that the vehicle is ready but didn't fix everything. And of course my insurance company was closed by now. Then , when I go to pick up my vehicle, I find my garage door button on my visor broken and just sitting in my cup holder. When I asked about it, I was told that I would have to call my insurance to fix it. So they didn't fix all damage, and the damage that was fixed, only using body filler and painting only the spots, which I can see that the paint is different than the rest of the truck. Very dissatisfied with this place and will never bring it here again, and will let everyone know.

My 2020 Rav4 XSE was involved in a hit and run, so I went through insurance and landed on Crash Champions (Service King) as my car repair place. I was thoroughly impressed with how friendly everyone was when I dropped my car off. I got a very good first impression and they made the entire process super straightforward. I received periodic text updates on the status of car repairs, and Crash Champions had my car completely repaired by the date they estimated it would be repaired. The quality of repairs is superb. Everything looks brand new and the paint on my front bumper matches the rest of the car, which I was super concerned about.
