I have dealt with many body shops as a Personal Injury Attorney, I have never worked with one that is as Professional, Caring and Competent as this Gerber location. Excellent service, Excellent Warranty on Work performed.

I’m speechless after leaving this pathetic excuse for an establishment. Shelley, being who I had to maintain contact with was rude from the start. But it gets worse, after taking care of the last bit of paperwork necessary to retrieve my car back into my possession- Shelley then told me there was no such paperwork even after my insurance agent told me she had already sent it over for them to charge me for betterment and my deductible. I then ask the front office lady (whom was far more pleasant to deal with than Shelley) to kindly pull up my file to pay and there it is right in front of her- I proceed to pay but while attempting to pay, Shelley storms out of her office to demand she get off the computer to stop me from paying for the service. She snaps at her a second time as the front desk employee clearly sees she has no reason to deny me from paying for my car’s repairs. However she was too late, my payment already went through, Shelley then takes said employee back into the hall wh
