Caliber Collision

The caliber collision staff of Wesley Chapel went over and beyond with their customer service. Charles kept me informed during the entire repair process and I received text message notifications as well regarding updates on my car. They had my vehicle ready before the estimated date of my repairs being complete and my car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. They also cleaned/detailed the inside and outside of my car which I was not expecting at all. Their customer service was over and beyond and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of vehicle repairs. Definitely recommend this location. Ask for Alex! He's extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Overall, I would say the communication was great, my car was completed within the estimated timeframe I was given, and everything is in pristine condition. Lisa was great at welcoming me in and helping me with the paperwork process. Hopefully I never have to come back, but this will always be the place I go to if needed.

Over $6,000 for them to fix our truck and this is what we have. Paint drips all down the door, still has damage that was supposed to be repaired. Terrible. We picked it up right before close on Friday so have to wait until Monday to contact USAA Update: went out while the baby was sleeping and theres a ton. The bumper cover isn’t connected all the way, the windshield is cracked and sharp broken glass edges not to mention the GAPING HOLE in the corner of the windshield.
