I have been buying cars ever since I was 16 years old. I have never met a group of employees with the level of honesty and professionalism like I have coming to this dealership. They took care of me my family, I'm deeply grateful and impressed with the level of service and fairness that was offered to me.

I always have great service when I bring my vehicle to Hyundai of WC. Anthony R. was AMAZING!! I had to go out of town the day my Palisades was ready for pick up. I asked if I could pick her up later (they closed 5 pm on Saturdays) and if there was a way to pay online. He said yes ma’am there is. He was so accommodating and very proactive to ensure I had a great experience. All I had to do was ask for Vivian at the front desk in the sales area. She had all my paperwork and key. Advised me where Anthony had left my SUV. Funny enough he was still there at 5:45 when I picked up my vehicle and walked me through the updates on my SUV. Anthony, even did a follow up text on Sunday to ensure everything was ok with my Palisade. I said yes, and thanked him for the followed up text. I truly enjoy bringing my Palisade to Hyundai of WC for service. I LOVE MY PALISADE!!!

We took our 2020 Santa Fe in for a recall item. The scheduling was easy and we received a lot of appointment reminders which was fine. The day of the appointment our service rep was AJ and he was great! He answered all of our questions regarding maintenance recommendations since the car just went over 60,000 miles. We had them done and the price was very reasonable. We haven’t always had the greatest service at this location but it was a long time ago and the service was great this time so we’ll come back.
