Jennifer in office is sharp at traffic control with insurance, parts, appointments, etc. and my tech Yunior turned when and as expected, on-my-way phone calls; all making life easier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100%!! Called at 8am and spoke with Jennifer who was professional as well as delightful. Jennifer was able to schedule me the same day with a 10am - 1pm window of arrival. At 11:40 am I received a call from Roberto who stated he was on his way and arrived at 12:20 pm. Roberto was professional as well and replaced the rear window and vacuumed up all the loose and shattered glass as well and was finished by 1:15 pm. Best part is they came to my residence and were the least expensive of the four quotes I had received. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND 100%!!
