Goodyear Auto Service

I had to write a new review. I first had a favorable experience in the first problem they created which was a stripped wheel stud, which they corrected promptly. I then went in again a 2nd time for a rotation and balance, which I thought went smoothly, however on my 3rd visit for service and the guy tells me that one of my lugs is missing, much to my surprise, being they were the last to service it. They said I would have to pay for new lug nut. And then when I leave this visit, I checked all my wheels to make sure they didn't make another mistake. I didn't see one. Days later however, when I went to change my air filter, I find that several clips to my motor cover are missing. So unfortunately I had to change my review I had initially. I gave them 2 stars cause I think it could be worse. Which isn't exactly a great compliment. But buyer beware. Check your lugs and under your hood before you leave. 3 for 3 in screw-ups with me. I'll be back but I am taking pictures of everything first.

Horrible customer service!!! I spoke to Julio on the phone and I have never been treated so poorly over the phone. This “man” does not know how to speak to a lady, was extremely rude and refuse to help in any way. Julio is clearly a unhappy employee! This man also clicked on me and my husband when we called. SO RUDE. I am also very disappointed about how these workers suggested to my husband to call this week so they can order a broken part on my car and they never wrote down any notes! Instead, I would have to go down to homestead again, to just get my car looked at for a broken part they already know about so they can order it, have to wait again, and return again! Please make that make any sense! YOURE WASTING YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME AND YOUR OWN TIME. Work smarter not harder. Seriously fix your customer service, write down notes to avoid any confusion or problems, and get a new rep to pick up the phone.

Outstanding customer service, the front desk Rep. Julio was exceptional!!!! Best service I had in a long time, truly an asset to the company he represents. Definitely coming again for future business.
