Advance Auto Parts

So I went to get a battery. I was taken care of quite fast. While I was waiting for my battery. A couple of customers come in and are waiting just before that I heard a couple of employees ordering breakfast. The customers started calling for help and they were there and jo one came out until the screams were louder asking for help. There was about 4 employees in the store at a time. As for my battery service it was a 5.....

On vacation from Tampa, headlight bulb blew out. Staff and Manager were so helpful. They are definitely an asset to Advanced Auto Parts. Would highly recommend this specific store. Excellent employees. GM

In my opinion, much better than Autozone up the road. I had an issue with the finding a wiper replacement for my 2002 Chevy Astro van, spend a good 30 minutes waiting for assistance at Autozone, and the employee that attended us didn't know how to put on the wipers and ended up googling it on his phone only to find out that Advance down the road had the exact part. Shoutout to Benjamin for being so helpful, the moment I got there he went to go see the van (which the people at Autozone had failed to even offer to do) and instantly knew what wipers it needed. The whole thing must've taken 5 minutes. Quick, simple, and easy. Thank you Benjamin.
