Better communication needed I went for service to replace the battery of my Toyota Tacoma that was still under warranty and I was told over the phone and when I arrive to the dealer that they were going to cover 50% of the replacement because the battery has more than 2 years even though the battery was still under warranty and I agreed and then I waited for 3 hours for a battery replacement only and they change the 50% to 30% I drove from FL keys just to come home unhappy

Service Technician Steven did not explain well regarding service to be done and did not explain the cost of the service, especially when vehicle still on lease program. The date of the service receipt was even entered wrong. The message sent with regards to amount due is even different from the actual amount billed when I picked up my car & did not explain the difference of the amount billed. I’m so frustrated of my service experience.
